Getting to the Inn

Valley Green Inn is located on Forbidden Drive in the Wissahickon. From the east side of the Park, it can be reached by turning from Germantown Avenue onto Springfield Avenue and following Springfield Avenue (first street on right after Willow Grove Avenue when heading South; first street on left after passing McDonald’s when heading North) to where it becomes Valley Green Road (the right fork after crossing St. Martin’s Lane.) From the west side of the Park, take Wise’s Mill Road from Henry Avenue; park in the parking area on Forbidden Drive and walk one-eighth mile to the Inn.

The Inn, open 365 days a year, serves lunch from noon to 5 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, the Inn serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
